The position
The vacant position as compliance scientist is in our manufacturing department, which produces therapeutic proteins for pre-clinical, clinical and commercial use for a wide range of different customers coming from around the world.

You will become part of an agile department of highly dedicated scientists and technicians working closely with the external customers and internal stakeholders like QA, QC and Development. Your main tasks will be to:

Prepare and update batch production records
Handle change requests
Ensure that batch documentation from the different manufacturing campaigns is internally reviewed and meets quality standards
Ensure that manufacturing deviations, root cause investigations and CAPAs are managed and completed in an efficient and timely manner

In this role, you will work intensively with cGMP, quality systems and risk management approaches, and since the department continues to execute new and diverse manufacturing projects, you will have great opportunities to develop your competencies within these fields.

Qualifications

We imagine that you have:

A scientific education (B.Sc. or M.Sc)
+4 years of experience working in a cGMP environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience handling change requests, deviation reports and CAPAs
The ability to balance many tasks simultaneously
Excellent collaboration skills
Strong English communication skills

In addition, it is important that you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment where changes occur on a short notice.
