Communications consultant for intranet and internal communication to NNIT

Can you drive a global intranet and ensure engagement, collaboration and editorial interest? NNIT is looking for a new communications consultant who can resume responsibility for our intranet activities. You will help shape and develop the use of our common intranet as a shared collaboration platform and provide value-adding communication through high-quality content. Your responsibilities Your overall responsibilities will include day-to-day operational tasks related to our intranet; updating of sites, content contribution/editing and publishing, advice and guidance for users as well as occasional training of new staff. Further, you will be responsible for securing the overall intranet governance, monitoring and reporting on site analytics as well as maintaining sound site navigation. In addition, your job will among other items include: •Sourcing stories for the intranet in the organization •Exploring new, business-relevant SharePoint functionality •Liaising with the IT department on technical updates/implementations •Participating in various cross-departmental tasks – tactical and operational You will join our Communications department You will join a team of five highly skilled senior communication consultants. We each cover a special field of responsibility, and we work together on projects across the communication discipline. We all share the ambition of becoming the trusted advisor of our colleagues, and we are prepared to work hard to reach our goals. Your qualifications and experience The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: •Relevant education (master of communication, librarian, or similar) •A couple of years’ experience with intranet administration and content management on MS SharePoint 2013 •Understanding of intranet information architecture and design •Aptitude for technology, without being a hardcore developer •Superior writing skills •An outgoing and engaging personality •Advanced English proficiency, written and verbally (our corporate language is English)
