We are looking for a Project Planner for the Planning function that are currently being established within Customer Order Engineering (COE) in the offshore business segment which is based at our offshore competency center in Vejle, Denmark. The objective of the function will be to consolidate one project portfolio consisting of project from initial sales activities towards delivery of final project to end customer. Limited travel activities can be expected in order to align with Offshore global offices. As our new Project Planner, you will support the offshore management team in securing that resources needed to execute the portfolio are known and aligned. You will support the project managers for wind farm projects, in creating and maintaining a well-structured and manageable project plan, according to company, portfolio and project specific processes and guidelines. What are my responsibilities? • Collecting and validating project planning data to ensure updated project portfolio and resource planning. • Actively participating in the customization of Primavera based on Siemens Wind Power Offshore requirements. • Supporting our Technical Project Managers and Technical Line Managers in setting up their individual project plan and the continued maintenance of progress updates. • Keeping the project portfolio updated according to project progress, identification and completion of projects. • Preparing planning overview reports for status meetings both internally and externally. What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have an Engineering Bachelor or Master degree in the field of Planning or Business development or in a closely related field, • Some years of proven experience within planning preferably from a manufacturing or construction company. • you are proactive and reflective, and you are capable of working and making decisions independently. • You have an analytical and systematic approach to your tasks and are able to communicate with people at all levels internally and externally. • Excellent English skills both orally and in writing as well as advanced IT skills, e.g. MS Office, MS Project user or key user. • Experience within Primavera will be deemed an advantage for this position.
