Deliver on demands As a logistics coordinator, you secure the flow of all kinds of loose elements, for model building, 3D projects, element replacements, selling parts, etc., to both internal and external partners. You coordinate the different demands in a customer service setup, while you motivate a team of blue collar colleagues to deliver the expected results. All the while, you collaborate extensively with internal LEGO partners to secure the flow of material, taking the mechanisms and processes within the LEGO Group into account. As you do so, you: Secure sufficient and flexible resources to manage daily warehouse operations within your area Continuously optimise the processes within warehouse operations, implementing the changes needed to secure an efficient material flow and delivery on time and quality Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to secure proper materials flow Foresee customer service operations and platform issues to proactively seek solutions Set and change customer service operations priorities in close collaboration with the organisation Only the best is good enough In the LEGO Group, learning, caring and quality means everything. Coordinator with SAP and Excel expertise You will collaborate closely with partners across our production and purchasing areas as well as both internal and external customers. Besides people skills, this requires an ability to deliver results on time, quality and in accordance with our standards. And as you work on multiple simultaneous tasks, you need a good dose of planning skills and an understanding of processes to succeed. Your qualifications: You have some experience within logistics, planning or distribution - and at least 3 years of experience with coordinating requests and maybe optimising processes You know good service and how to offer it through your communication and networking skills You have SAP knowledge in order handling or planning and MS Excel proficiency You speak and write English effortlessly Bringing it to life "Join us to assume end-to-end responsibility for deliveries involving both internal and external partners.
