Do you want to elevate our processes in the challenging offshore industry? National Oilwell Varco Subsea Production Systems (NOV SPS) designs and manufactures flexible pipes and specific, innovative products for the offshore oil and gas industry. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, we leverage superior engineering and state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to establish long-term partnerships with global contractors and oil companies. 

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Manager to help drive operational improvements across NOV SPS (manufacturing sites in Kalundborg and Acú, engineering and supply chain departments in Brøndby) by working with the organization and with IT to develop and improve consistent and effective business processes.You will lead and drive an efficient and successful EBS integration across SPS, and you will take charge in establishing data quality rules, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of data throughout the business.   

The Challenge:

• Act as the key advisor and liaison between SPS, manufacturing sites and business units
• Proactively communicate across the organization regarding integration and process changes, including expectations, timelines, responsibilities, roadblocks, and status of projects
• Provide implementation consultation, project management, and support services, upgrades, and customizations.
• Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs. 
• Recognize and address gaps between the EBS solution and the business practices in the operation, as well as across all SPS functional areas
• Participate in data cleansing/configuration across SPS and work closely with management to discover inefficiencies in their processes
• Assess and recommend standard design and master data migrations

  The position is newly established, and you will report directly to the President of NOV SPS. The role will be based in Brøndby but will require frequent travel to our other facilities in Brazil, Norway and Scotland.     

 

Qualifications 

What you bring:

• Preferable you hold a Master Degree in Business Development, IT Management or similar
• You have solid experience from a similar role
• Knowledge about Oracle, data warehouse etc.
• You have a strong drive and perseverance
• You are a true change agent, constantly challenging our processes and our way of working
• You are savvy when it comes to navigating in the organization and in different cultures
• Preferably you have experience from subsea engineering, oil & gas, wind power or offshore constructions
• You are a strong stakeholder manager with excellent communications skills
• You speak and write English fluently
• You are analytical, with equal focus on quantitative and qualitive data
• Your mindset is Global, and you believe in service above all
