SKOV is a world-leading supplier of climate and farm management solutions and a great part of our well-established brand is to deliver long lasting systems as well as providing support for our customers as long as needed. Spare part management is therefore an important part of our SKOV business, and we are right now searching for an ambitious Business Developer that can take part in ensuring our high standards.  

Responsibilities and Tasks
As Business Developer for spare parts, you are responsible for all spare part handling within SKOV. This area of responsibility covers the tasks of defining, organizing and promoting usage of spare parts and upgrades to the market as well as assuring availability at the right time and place. Thus, your primary tasks will be:

  • Being responsible for spare part product management including life cycle management
  • Being accountable for the spare part warehouse of SKOV’s headquarters
  • Developing and implementing spare part strategies for our global distributor network in collaboration with our local offices
  • Creating, executing and evaluating spare part and upgrade campaigns
  • Designing spare part packages for projects 

 Your profile

  • You have a relevant technical or commercial degree, B.Sc. or equivalent.
  • You have a technical insight and 5+ years of experience from a similar job
  • You are a competent PC user and master IT tools such as Microsoft Office
  • It comes naturally to you to create contacts and relationships across organizations and cultures
  • You speak and write English effortlessly
  • You live within 1-hour drive from SKOV’s headquarters in Glyngoere
  • You are willing to travel when necessary
