To support the strategic talent attraction agenda, we are looking for a Student Assistant to manage and maintain the global digital estate for life-changing careers. About the department Our new Student Assistant will join Global Talent Attraction consisting of 14 dedicated employees. We have a variety of backgrounds (HR, communication, marketing and IT) and use our differences to create and develop innovative approaches and high-quality solutions within employer branding, digital & social media, talent acquisition, campaigns and recruitment effectiveness. Our main objectives are to increase the knowledge and attractiveness of Novo Nordisk as a workplace and to ensure that we continue to engage and recruit new talents to the organisation in the most efficient way. We serve as a centre of excellence for the various business areas and affiliates to help them address their specific challenges when attracting and recruiting critical talent. The job As Student Assistant your main responsibilities will be to manage and maintain the global digital estate both on web and social media working closely together with the global project manager in charge of digital strategy. You will get opportunities to propose, develop and implement improvements for our web content/design and you will have a key role in ensuring that we maintain a high quality in our online communication. Furthermore the Student Assistant will support Global Talent Attraction on a variety of operational ad hoc tasks within employer branding, digital strategy, campaigns and recruitment effectiveness. This will give you the chance to explore many aspects of talent attraction and be part of a team that raises the bar when it comes to using new innovative approaches for recruitment, employer branding and talent acquisition. The job is based in Bagsværd and will require 15-20 working hours a week. Qualifications You are in your first year of your master degree, preferably within the area of communication, marketing and/or IT. Your competences include strong web communication and content management and a flair for online campaigning and social media. You are innovative and have an interest in how online platforms can be used to enable targeted communication. Thus you are able to create and tell a good story and with technical ease communicate it efficiently and professionally on a variety of online platforms ranging from our Adobe CQ5 content management system to social media like LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook etc. You work independently with a great eye for details and you thrive in a global business environment. You are analytical (data driven), structured and service-oriented in your approach to work and value being part of a team. Furthermore, excellent communication skills as well as good command of the English language will be required.
