Innovative and international environment You will join the global Marketing Department in the LEGO Group where you will take part in developing and managing of the global product and marketing portfolio. You will be part of our Billund-based marketing team with 50 dedicated colleagues working across various product lines. Our objective is to develop innovative play experiences which fulfil the play needs of children of all ages. You will be part of a very innovative and international environment with very good possibilities for development. Exposed to many marketing disciplines in a global context As Associate Marketing Manager, you will participate in all phases of the global product and campaign development and will learn all processes involved. You will support the Marketing Lead of your product line in securing the strongest possible global portfolio based on consumer insights and strong strategies. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead in many areas of developing and managing the global assortment as well as you will manage your own parts of the project within e.g. packaging or campaign development. Furthermore, you will play a major role in analyzing and following up on forecast, sales development and profitability of the product line. You will get a broad global network of contacts and will be having a close dialogue with e.g. advertising agencies and brand managers in our global sales companies. Being eager to learn, goal oriented and demonstrating performance, you will have a good perspective of being promoted to Marketing Manager within a few years and potentially becoming Marketing Lead for your own product line. Master of Marketing and a winning personality You hold a Master's Degree within Marketing or a HD combined with 1-2 years of business experience within FMCG marketing from a function where you have worked with marketing and product/ communication development. Your marketing and business understanding is strong. Fluent English is a must as you will have a lot of international contacts. As a person, you are outgoing and an ambitious team player. You thrive in a busy environment and have the ability to keep several balls in the air. With drive, energy and personal impact paired with your strong analytical skills, you always deliver - irrespective of you working independently or in teams. Your ability to interact, communicate and build networks across a large organisation is outstanding.
