Are you an experienced project manager? Then this is your opportunity to play a key role in the roll-out of a global Product Lifecycle Management program with more than 2500 end-users. You will lead several sub-projects in the program, and have the chance to influence the implementation of a strategically important program with high business impact. Further, you will be working and building relations in a global organization, giving you ample development and career opportunities within Danfoss Power Solutions. Join the PLM project office You will be part of our Global R&D Project Lifecycle Management department in Nordborg. The global project team consists of 25-30 colleagues including representatives from IT, the business, our external PLM vendor and key users. As Project Manager, you represent the business and your main objective will be to ensure that business requirements are identified, defined and consolidated globally across business units. You refer to the PLM Program Manager, who also serves as a close sparring partner to you. The position involves some travel activities to the global sites. Lead sub-projects successfully through roll-out and implementation As Project Manager, you will be responsible for sub-projects, focusing on leading the business project teams, deliverables and progress for each project. The allocated project teams are based at the local sites, and your job is to ensure that processes and decisions are aligned across all sites. The challenge for you will be to constantly focus on progress in the projects team. Thus you need to act agile and make the needed adjustments moving the projects forward. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to: •Ensure progress of each project to meet defined milestones and checkpoints •Serve as contact point for Danfoss Group IT and the external PLM Vendor on relevant projects •Cooperate with program management on the overall project planning and execution •Ensure that business requirements meet the business targets and KPI’s •Ensure that the needed training activities are defined, planned and executed by the external vendor Experienced project manager who will thrive in an agile and international setting •You have a M.Sc. in Engineering or similar paired with +5 years of project management experience. •You have some experience leading implementation projects. •PLM knowledge is an advantage, though not a requirement. •You have both the motivation and capability to execute and implement project plans in a highly agile and global environment. •Your English is at a high level, verbally and in writing. You are the kind of project manager who thrives in an operational role, where you make things happen.
