Become a part of our ambitious Data Analytics Development TeamKamstrup is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of intelligent solutions of energy and water consumption with production, administration and development gathered at the headquarter in Stilling, south of Aarhus. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an Agile Test Manager to join our Data Analytics Team.

As our new Agile Test Manager, you will become a part of the cross-functional Data Analytics Team that consists of 25 experiences colleagues, covering software developers, user experience designers and data scientists. The team is divided in three smaller teams, where one of them is placed in Malaga. Together, we are building a new web-based analytics platform to make it possible for our customers to optimize the distribution of energy and water based on data-driven decisions. We strive to create highly agile development and we have an experimental approach in our daily jobs. Therefore, you will become a part of an environment, where we share knowledge and learn through experimentation.

A job with focus on Quality Assurance (QA)In the job as Agile Test Manager, you become a central player in the development and implementation of our test process. Your primary role is to set the direction for the test process of our System Software Team. Therefore, it is your job to define how the team should work regarding QA, so it can succeed in mastering continuous delivery. 

In your daily job, you work to ensure test automatization and tool selection that enables the team to constantly improve the quality. You will be setting the direction for how to ensure the quality in our products in the analytics department, and you will participate in the execution of test activities.

As one of our teams is based in Malaga, you can work from either Denmark or Malaga, depending on your where you live. In the job, you can expect 10-15 travel days a year.

It is a requirement that you:

• Have a professional background in computer science, for instance BSc or similar• Have minimum 5 years of experience within agile QA processes or agile development• Have experience with implementing QA processes in a team that succeeded with continuous delivery• Speak and write English

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you know Danish or are willing to learn the language on a basic level.
