We are good at outsourcing and resourcing projects, but we want to be much better. Not every sourcing project is implemented without facing quality issues. If you can make the difference, we need to talk. If you can help us to make a step change, your effort will be highly appreciated. An individual with a robust personality, a deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and broad quality experience will be most welcome in our team. We expect that •You will able to take responsibility for solid, fact based feasibility studies for sourcing projects. •You will ensure that suppliers understand Danfoss requirements/expectations and do everything needed to start series production flawlessly. •In case of quality problems caused by mistakes during project implementation, you will remedy them and make sure they will not occur again. To be successful in this position •You should have as a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering. •You should have experience in manufacturing, product launching and process control. •You need to have practical knowledge of APQP, ISO/TS 16949 Requirements, PPAP and Change Control. •You need to speak English fluently and be able to interact with people at various levels inside and outside organization.
