Key Responsibilities You will be based in Esbjerg, where you will be responsible for the operations of 13 employees offshore and 3 employees onshore and report to Head of Well Services. As Team Leader, you plan and prepare well service operations on platforms and make sure all work is carried out with complete attention to health, safety and environmental concerns and regulations. In the process, you obtain knowledge of how to continuously improve our operations – which you share internally – and coordinate with employees regarding proposals for improvements and delegate responsibility for execution of new initiatives. You obtain knowledge through inter-department communication sharing of relevant information and daily learnings. You read and produce technical memos, reports, and update procedures and guidelines, which allow both you and your colleagues to know the latest improvements and how to apply them in daily work tasks. You use and apply these learnings in new operations regarding safety, health and operational aspects to continuously improve yourself and your team. As part of Maersk Oil, you will at all times make sure that initiatives are taken in due diligence in all matters. Therefore, knowledge you do not possess, you make sure to obtain. Technical Degree Qualified or equivalent. Experience from providing technical and managerial well interventions support including but not limited to pumping, Wellhead and Xmas Tree, slickline, braided wire, coiled tubing, hydraulic workover and rig based intervention operations. Fully competent Well Interventions Engineer (ref E&P Excellence roadmap or equivalent competence). Must be able to travel offshore. Demonstrated leadership ability including HSE leadership.
