We need professional and caring recruitment consultants for recruitment to the Danish labor market in the construction and industrial sector. Your job will consist of the recruitment of professional and certified craftsmen such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, ship builders, welders and so on and engineers, project leaders and leaders in general.

 

You must do the work in your home country, and your job will be hiring personnel from your own home country. You can either do it at your private home or in a rented office or even at job fairs or anywhere you think, you will get the most and best people hired.

 

Your qualifications:

 

• You are an educated carpenter, plumber, electrician or otherwise skilled as a craftsman.
• You have had your own construction company, or you have been working as a salesman or a recruitment consultant before.
• You have great communication skills in both English and your mother tongue, and you are a positive and outgoing person with a great self confidence.
• You have great abilities in evaluation of people and their skills.
• You are professional in the quality control of the educational papers, certificates and credentials of the person.
• You test the English skills of the candidates for employment very thoroughly.
• You contact at least 2 former employers to document the skills and experience of the person.
• You have excellent English skills in both speaking, reading and writing.
• You have great computer skills and are an experienced user of Microsoft Office programs.
• You are living in a European country like for instance: Germany, UK, Denmark, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, Lithuania and so on.

 

Conditions:

You will get paid by your qualifications and according to the salaries paid in your home country.
