Join us to dive into our master data and collaborate with colleagues to ensure magical experiences for children introduced to their new LEGO toy.

Help secure our master data

Joining our Packing & Packaging Master Data team, you will create and secure the master data that enables optimal packaging when new, sustainable boxes are developed for brand new LEGO products. Our ambition to use sustainable packaging solutions puts new demands on our master data. To support this agenda, you collaborate closely with colleagues across the supply chain to make sure we always use master data in the smartest way possible. More specifically, you will:

• Create and ensure high-quality master data within the time frame

• Handle detailed tasks and calculations, including preliminary estimations, packaging cost, filling degrees and units of measure, primarily using SAP, Excel and Business Intelligence

• Update time plans and documentation such as user guides

• Continuously help improve our ways of working through lean tools and thinking

• Continuously strive for better quality in our deliveries by focusing on flow and simplicity

At our headquarters in Billund, Denmark, you will join an international team with 6 colleagues located in Billund and 2 in Kladno in the Czech Republic. In this connected community, you will get all the support and training you need to become a native in our master data.

Thorough and quality-minded profile

You enjoy diving into quantitative data, and you do so with a structured and detail-oriented approach. Furthermore, you are a team player, and you like collaborating with others to explore new ways of optimising processes and securing accuracy and quality. Many different roads lead to this position, but we imagine that you bring:

• A love for numbers

• Fluency in English in both speech and writing

• Some experience working with master data in SAP or another ERP system – otherwise, we will teach you
