Visitationsteamet består af i alt 4 visitatorer, og opgaven er at visitere til hjemmehjælp og madservice samt koordinere indsatsen vedrørende utilsigtede hændelser. Ansøgere med kendskab og uddannelse i forhold til opgaverne vil blive foretrukket. Tiltrædelse den 1. februar 2014 eller snarest herefter. Kvalifikationer Ansøgeren skal have: - bred faglig viden og erfaring, gerne med kendskab til den primære sundhedstjeneste og erfaring med visitation og eller utilsigtede hændelser - høj grad af selvledelse, engagement og gennemslagskraft - helhedsorientering, analytisk evne og loyalitet over for trufne beslutninger - flair for samarbejde og dialog med borgere og med mange forskellige personalegrupper - erfaring med anvendelse af IT. Stillingen har en beskæftigelsesgrad på 37 timer ugentligt. Løn - og ansættelsesvilkår efter gældende overenskomst og principperne i Ny Løn.
