For our Site Training team within the Project Site Execution department, we are looking for a Training Developer who will be responsible for keeping Siemens Wind Power top of class in training and education. As a Training Developer, you will be part of a team who develop the training courses for thousands of employees, contractors and customers worldwide. What are my responsibilities? You will develop trainings that match Siemens Wind Power's global onshore and offshore business needs and execute them through internal or external training vendors globally. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover: • Gathering input in regards to products, standards or work instructions at an early development stage • Develop new courses based upon input in cooperation with multiple stakeholders • Specify training curriculums and set up qualifications in our learning management system • Plan and implement new courses in cooperation with global resource departments As a Training Developer, you will report to the Siemens Wind Power Head of Site Training. You will have an outstanding opportunity of working in a cross-functionally and highly professionally business training environment. This job offers great learning opportunities and full insight into all elements of project execution. You must expect 20-30 travel days per year. What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a degree in engineering or a master’s degree from university • You have minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably from a learning environment or within project management • You are eager to work with learning development in a technical environment • You are work against a tight timeline and finalize your work • You are able to work structured and organized within a project management organization • You are fluent in English and possess excellent intercultural competences In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
