Then this exciting opportunity might be the right one for you. We are currently looking for a purchaser that can support our procurement team with day to day activities. Our purchasing organization is supporting Label and Pack and Large Scale Manufacturing as well as Indirect procurement activities at our site in Hillerød. We are now looking for a purchaser that primarily will support Label and Pack and Indirect procurement activities on a 1 year contract with the possibility of extension. As our new Purchaser, you will be responsible for operational purchasing activities related to our Packaging Operation, including timely deliveries of high quality products from suppliers and for coordinating and communicating with, among others, our Label Development, Planning, Warehouse, Quality Control Materials, Quality Assurance, and Production departments. You will also support the Indirect area with operational purchasing activities and coordination with internal stakeholders on-site and suppliers to secure timely delivery of products. You will be part of a dedicated and skilled Procurement team in Hillerød, and you will report to a senior manager within Procurement. Your primary responsibilities will be: • Purchasing of components for the production • Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations and supplier updates on delayed deliveries • Investigate component issues and provide timely feedback • Run smaller Procurement projects where applicable This position requires a lot of co-operation with suppliers as well as coordination and communication with many different departments at our site in Hillerød and with colleagues worldwide. Qualifications: The ideal candidate possess an education within Supply Chain or similar, preferably combined with a couple of years purchasing and/or Supply Chain experience. You have got knowledge of ERP systems e.g. Oracle or similar systems. Experience within biotech or pharma industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. This position could be an opportunity for a newly graduate with a lot of theoretical experience and a keen interesting learning the different aspects of purchasing.
