Do you have an Electrical and Mechanical background? Maybe as an electrician or engineer? Can you transform your technical knowledge related to wind turbines and/or industrial experience into high impact learning solutions? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team at Vestas. Service & Plant Solutions – Service & CIM Engineering - Training Development We deliver safety & technical training mainly for technicians in the Vestas Service organization. The education material is handed over to our Training Centers, who then deliver the training to the technicians. There are five training centers; Videbæk (DK), Husum (DE), Zaragoza (E), Chennai (CHN) & Portland (US). Responsibilities: You will be part of Training Development and will join a dedicated team of 4 people developing and implementing first-in class learning solutions enabling Vestas technicians to conduct installation of, service and troubleshooting on our Wind Turbine Generators. Responsibilities: Transform technical documentation/requirements into learning objectives & programs. Develop & implement high impact learning solutions. Develop tasks list for field certification. Define specification for training equipment. Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions. Ensure timely delivery. Mange projects. Qualifications: The candidate: Has a background as engineer, technician or similar Preferably has previous experience with technical documentation and technical training. Competencies: Loyalty & co-operation. Ability to utilize/comprehend technical documentation to develop learning materials. Ability to conduct training needs analysis for planning the development of training programs and materials. Insight into IT solutions in support of training development (knowledge of SAP Document Management System a plus). Collaboration skills to effectively build knowledge networks and interact with and manage key stakeholders. Innovative mindset to take an existing training setup in new directions. Good communication & IT skills. Fluent in English - writing and speaking. Cultural awareness around education.
