Would you like to be part of a technically skilled Support team in an international company on an amazing growth journey? If yes, Siteimprove is growing, making the Technical Support team busier and busier. Therefore, we are looking for an outgoing, proactive, and service-minded individual to help us on our journey.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will get to work with a devoted and ambitious team in supporting engaged customers of the Siteimprove platform as well as internal staff. You will get to develop and test out your technical skills, as well as contributing with new ideas and thoughts on the processes.

Essential Functions

• Manage assigned tickets in line with Siteimprove’s Service Level Agreement and with the quality that provides high customer satisfaction
• Problem solve issues with product interface and reporting capabilities
• Provides customer support through multiple mediums included, but not limited to phone, chat, email and tickets.
• Takes ownership of customer account setup process through completion
• Takes ownership of technical issues by troubleshooting and qualifying cases before escalating
• Creation of product troubleshooting guides to assist customers and colleagues
• Maintain practitioner level knowledge on product features, advantages, benefits and selling points for effective communication
• Collaborate with other with team and other departments to ensure the optimal technical setup for every customer
• Advocate on behalf of the customer to other departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Provide recommendations and best practices for emerging opportunities that assist in achieving Siteimprove organizational goals
• Attend meetings and other company functions necessary to perform duties
• Performs other related duties as assigned

What we require of you

• Bachelor’s degree in computer and information sciences, communications, marketing or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Knowledge of one or more Content Management Systems and HTML or JavaScript
• Highly motivated, self-starter, able to thrive in ambiguous environments
• Strong collaboration and teambuilding skills
• Minimum 1+ year’s experience in technical support regarding web-oriented services, website management, development role or equivalent
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

• Website management experience (web editor, marketing coordinator, etc.)
• Experience in one or more of these fields: web content creation, Accessibility, SEO, Analytics
• Experience training audiences with different levels of technical aptitude
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products and a CRM system
• Client-facing experience
• Working in a SaaS related environment
• Excellent, time management, organizational and planning skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results
