Lead Milestone on our ERP strategy
We are looking for a team lead for the Team managing Dynamics NAV and other internal business system as well as our Milestone B2B web store. As a team lead you’ll be leading the team, but you’ll also contribute directly to the deliverables yourself. If you are not already working as a team lead, you probably have a background in Dynamics NAV, and want to move your career towards more leadership responsibility. The Milestone store, Dynamics NAV, Salesforce and other internal business systems are part of the backbone for Milestone Systems, and plays an important strategic role going forward. You will be pivotal in extending and building the team for maintaining and developing these systems. You’ll help complete and realize our ERP strategy and help ensure Milestones continued growth. Curious, competent, innovative and well-spoken
You hold a B.Sc. or above in computer science, software engineering or a related field, or have comparable and documented experience in business system development and maintenance.
You should have knowledge of, and some experience with the following:
· Dynamic NAV (Finance and Sales)
· Taking deliveries within business systems – for instance as functional or solution responsible.
It’s even better if you also know about:
· Salesforce
· B2B web stores (C#, Dynamic Web)
· Scrum and Agile development
· People management and people development As a person, you are reliable, independent and flexible, open to new ideas and other cultures – and confident communicating in English on a professional level.
