Then join our recently established IS User Experience Center in Bjerringbro. We are a team of 11 colleagues, 4 of which are located in Manila. We are responsible for creating the future IT client user experiences as well as operating and developing the current standardised IT Client setup for the entire Grundfos organisation. You enter an international environment where you will be challenged on a daily basis and receive competent sparring,” Henrik explains. What is the job about? The focus of your job as System Engineer Specialist is on technical tasks within the area of client management. This includes participating in the introduction of PowerShell as a standard tool for this area as well as having technical responsibility for software packaging. You work on complex packaging via PowerShell, releasing and deploying software through SCCM 2012, OS deployment, Active Directory GPO structure and at the same time, you are part of re-thinking and renewing this whole process. Moreover, you participate in IS projects and activities related to client management. You will also be involved in other activities in the IS User Experience Center. Recently, we have completed activities such as SCCM 2012 upgrade and Windows 8.1 client setup. Current activities include upgrade to Office 365 and Antivirus replacement. Already planned activities for the future include Windows 10 client setup. “Every day poses challenging and interesting tasks. It is a challenge to meet a lotof demands and deliveries while at the same time being innovative, but that is exactly what makes this job so interesting. You really get to have an impact on how the 19,000 Grundfos users experience their devices,” Henrik says. What do you need to apply? You have a relevant education within IT and possess client management experience. It is important that you have knowledge of PowerShell, Application packaging, Windows OS and it is an advantage if you have experience with SCCM deployment and ITIL. You speak and write English fluently. “On a personal level, you are self-driven and enjoy working in a global environment where you interact with colleagues from around the world. You have a structured and focused approach to tasks and pay special attention to detail and quality. Being a member of our team, we also value a great sense of humour,” Henrik finishes.
