Copenhagen Local/International Procurement Ref.: MO-047899 As an intergral member of the Procurement Department you will provide Supply Chain direction in support of Supplier Relations and Performance. Your remit will also see you ensuring compliance with company practices, facilitating Supplier Relationship Management programs and establishing best practices within Contract and Supplier Performance Management. As a senior member of the Procurement team you will help shape this approach for Maersk Oil. Key Responsibilities •Identify Suppliers crucial to the success of Maersk Oil’s strategy and implement Corporate Supplier Relationship Management programs where appropriate •Provide training and coaching to Procurement and Technical personnel in the practices of Supplier Relationship Management •Develop and implement Contract Management and Supplier Performance procedures and tools to ensure value and performance is delivered throughout the lifecycle of the contract. •Collaborate with MOG Chief Procurement Officer, Group Procurement and regional peers in the development of Strategies, Standards, Benchmarking etc. •Advise business leaders on developments and issues with the assigned global supply chain/SME area. Who we are looking for •Bachelor's degree preferred •5-10 years in Supply Chain Management, ideally within the Oil and Gas industry •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. •Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. •Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. •Experience with ERP, SAP preferred.
