About the Position

For our Performance department within Service Supply Chain we are looking for a Supply Chain Developer who can contribute on our journey towards creating a truly global Performance footprint. You will be a key member of an agile development team located in Brande, working in a dynamic environment in close collaboration with colleagues in the regions on building a global process performance setup increasing transparency and enabling the business to make data driven decisions.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Develop new process performance measurements in close collaboration with regional stakeholders
  • Develop and innovate our data analytics concept and digitalized deliverables
  • Develop and implement intuitive and user-friendly business intelligence solutions
  • Create standardized scalable solutions to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure the data quality and integrity of deliverables
  • Deliver value-adding data analysis driven by business opportunities across many functions in close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Support the global process community and deliver ad-hoc data analysis by identifying, preparing and processing data that enables the business to make data-driven decisions

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You have experience of working with data analytics and the creation of business intelligence solutions in a global environment
  • You have an ability to think analytically and rapidly learn complex topics, especially in the field of data analysis, evaluation and handling of structured and unstructured data
  • You are an Excel super user and preferably you have experience with SQL-programming and data visualization tools like Tableau
  • You have a structured customer oriented and analytical approach to your tasks
  • You are ambitious and possess a strong drive and an innovative mindset
  • You possess excellent English skills, orally and in writing, as well as profound communication skills across organizational levels and cultures
