Student Assistant handling technical tasks within information management in offshore wind

Do you want to kickstart your career and work with technical information management in the engineering and construction of offshore wind farms?

 

Join us and become Student Assistant in Document & Records Management where you’ll influence decisions and handle tasks on your own, thereby contributing with your knowledge and expertise. You’ll help implement and continuously improve how to manage mainly technical information in the wind farm projects, including developing global training and e-learning to reach out to our global organisation. The department is responsible for managing business critical information in the building of global offshore wind farms, and we ensure that by providing adequate tools, optimised processes and competent people. Our aspirations are to continuously support the development and construction of wind farms globally, faster, cheaper and more efficiently through end-to-end information management.

 

Your key tasks will be to

• develop e-learning/training material for global internal users and for externals (contractors/suppliers)
• update e-learning, guides, instructions and tool site on request
• administer the training set-up in our learning management system
• prepare statistics on, e.g., training and use of systems
• assist in various quality assurance tasks and ad hoc work.

 

Furthermore, you’ll participate in project work, implementing new ways of working when building wind farms and improving efficiency through further digitalisation.

 

Your competences include that you

• are currently studying for a degree in, e.g., IT, information management or a technical area and have at least two years left before graduating
• have strong analytical skills and an interest in working with technical information management
• have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks
• are able to handle several tasks simultaneously and thrive in a changeable environment
• have strong communication skills and speak and write English fluently.
