Strong Commercial Contract Manager for Andritz Feed & Biofuel Sales, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa)

We are looking for a new sales contract manager to proactively take the lead and participate in sales and related contract development. You will be responsible for ensuring that bidding, negotiation, and execution of commercial contracts will be in compliance with company policies, legal requirements and other government and customer regulations. This will happen in close corporation with, and under guidance from, our Andritz Group commercial and legal functions in Austria. This position will be with main working address in Denmark (Esbjerg) and report to our Sales Director of ANDRITZ FBT. As Contract Manager you will be responsible for: •Examination of tender documents, evaluation of criteria and contractual terms and providing legal & commercial advice to external sales functions •Negotiation of contract terms and conditions with customers in cooperation with regional sales managers •Serve as one point of contact for customers and their legal advisors on contractual matters •Build and negotiate contracts with project partners •Develop and maintain standards for commercial contracts and quotations terms and conditions for the sales activities in EMEA and further drive roll-out of standardization in the global sales network •Ensure contractual compliance and follow up in project execution phase •Manager of sales back office for EMEA Requirements We are looking for a strong commercial contract manager with substantial knowledge and five to ten years of related experience, including international contracts and international customer negotiations. You have an educational background as Master in economy, preferably combined with a legal addition. You have experience in ensuring contractual compliance to customers, not only own business but also to sub-contractors and other stakeholders. You have a high business understanding that make you master and combine legal requirements with customer focus. You have strong communication skills and have a result driven self-disciplined behaviour with the ability to work on your own initiative. You understand the business and you are comfortable when leading teams across the business in order to ensure results. Your way of working is analytical, structured and precise. You are fluent in English verbally and in writing. You will be prepared to travel approximately 80 days per year.
