So, what are you going to do today?
Outgoing role within Sales and service
As our new Service Sales Support Engineer you will build a strong relationship with managers in the Sales Companies and our customers. It is your task to secure technical support and quotations to sales companies. You will be part of a team of 6 people and report to the Global Service manager, Boiler Service.
Furthermore, you are overall responsible for project related boiler service quotations as per RFQ and customer expectations, optimizing cost, time and quality.
Your main responsibilities are:
·Quote for all project related boiler service inquiries
·Follow up with Sales Companies/customers
·Answer technical questions
·Support Sales Companies where required
·Visit customers together with Sales Companies
·Drive upgrade projects within the Sales Companies
·Represent boiler service in selected Product Centre Boilers projects
You are passionate about solving technical problems, and motivated by selling solutions. You are result oriented, flexible and enjoy to share knowledge with your colleagues. You are well organized and have a systematic approach to your tasks. There is engagement and energy in your work. As English is the corporate language we expect you to master English both verbal and writing.
Strong Technical and people know how
We expect you have good technical knowledge and experience in marine after sales – both within automation as well as basic knowledge about steam systems. Your background is combined by a technical education and commercial experience.
Personally, you are a do’er driven by solving technical problems and motivated by selling good solutions. You are a people person, and this enables you to change attitudes in the current organization and motivate local sales companies to sell project related services. You are open to new methods and ideas.
