Our objectives are to sell and deliver services and spare parts and provide technical support to customers in the EMEA and APAC regions. We are 16 employees with educations ranging from office clerks to masters in engineering. If you possess a strong combination of technical knowhow and interest in sales, you have just the right foundation for this exciting job. You will join the world’s leading supplier of equipment and services to the global minerals and cement industries in a business area with great potential and high attention from the top management. Detailed Description Make proposals and turn these into sales As Service Sales Manager you prepare sales proposals for a large number of customers based on requests either directly from a customer or via an internal referral (no canvassing or Account Management). As such, you will be the key responsible for making sure the customer gets the best solution with the products we offer. You will create proposals and order starts for many types of services like on-site service visits, remote service, training, service agreements, small system upgrades, extensions, etc. In overview your primary tasks will be to: · Prepare and follow up proposals within a wide range of services · Collaborate with our technical staff to clarify the technical aspects of the requests · Turn offers into orders via a professional dialog with our customers · Turn leads from supporting and traveling colleagues into proposals and orders. Skilled and experienced colleagues will naturally back you in order to provide the right arguments for closing the sales. One of your exciting challenges will be to communicate with customers across many different cultures via email and phone. This takes an open mind and solid communication skills. Job Requirements You bridge technique and selling Your education, experience and professional interest are founded in the cross field of technique and selling. This may have been gained from a technical education or gained through a similar position in another company. You understand the technical aspects of the problems our customers are facing in order to compose the right proposal to the customer – in close collaboration with our technical staff. You must have a strong command of English and if you master yet another major language it will benefit your application. Your dedication and professionalism makes it a natural part of your work to provide your customers with the best possible solution. At the same time, you have an eye for the commercial aspects of service to ensure the right balance between providing good support and making sure the value of our offerings are reflected in our earnings. To succeed, you must also be an outgoing team player who likes to work in an international atmosphere.
