Are you an experienced scrum master, program manager or leader ready to take the next step? We are looking for a talented and experienced leader that in a short time will be ready to take the role as Release Train Engineer (program manager) for one of our agile release trains in Arla. Join our team of highly skilled people working truly agile and help transform the way we deliver projects in Arla.
You will join one of our largest Agile Release Trains as a senior scrum master, with the purpose of making your ready to take on the role as a Release Train Engineer (program manager) when the opportunity arises. We are working very close to the business in Arla in cross-functional scrum teams where business needs and IT solutions are matched to provide the greatest value to Arla. We are a multi-national, multi-functional and very dedicated team working according to the agile SAFe framework.
About the job
You will either join the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Commercial release train as a senior scrum master for one or two of the teams while also taking part of the release train level tasks and responsibilities. You will work very close to the business in Arla and help lead the path to transform the way we are working. Your primary tasks will be:
- Scrum master working close to Product Owner from the business to drive one or two teams
- Agile coaching of team members and ensure the agile culture and mindset is driving the way we work and deliver value
- Management of external vendors that are an integrated part of our scrum teams
- Program level forecasting and controlling of financials
- Participate in cross-train leadership meetings
- Gradually taking over Release Train Engineer tasks and responsibilities
Who are you?
You are an experienced program manager or scrum master that are ready to take the next step and become the lead of a large and complex business transformation program (agile release train). You have several years of experience from a similar role and you have a proven track record of succeeding being in charge of larger projects/programs or agile delivery organizations. As we are working agile not only on team level but also on program level, you need to have experience with the agile culture and mindset. You are a strong leader and a team player with excellent corporation and communication skills (also in English). You thrive in managing your stakeholders and have a personal drive to succeed – together with others.
