Nets Group Risk Management department is implementing a new Risk Framework and is in the process of introducing cutting edge risk management methods. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Risk Manager to strengthen our team within the Technology and Information Security space and meet our ambitious vision for Nets. As a Senior Risk Manager, you will interact closely with the Technology department as well as advise other group and corporate functions on identifying, assessing and mitigating their risks. You will work closely with Executive and Senior Management as well as perform deep dives on risks in cooperation with technology and security specialists. To succeed in this role you must be self-driven and thrive engaging and challenging at executive level. You will be part of an organisation where Risk Management is recognized to play a very important role in the future growth of the company. Key reponsibilities and tasks •Facilitate Technology and IT Service risk assessments and advise on treatment plans •Perform Cyber Security threat and risk assessments •Be trusted advisor on Business Continuity and perform Business Impact Analyses •Participate in preparing risk reporting to Executive Committee and Board •Be the Risk Management representative for one or more Group Units •Advise and support units by participating in various cross organisational committees and project boards •Based in Copenhagen or Oslo, reporting to the Head of Risk Operation in the Group Risk Management Unit Preferred background and qualifications •Relevant Master degree within Computer Science, Business Adm. or similar •Preferably +5 years of experience in IT risk management and/or information security •Deep understanding and knowledge of IT operations and information security •Fluent in both verbal and written English, proficiency in a Scandinavian language an advantage Preferred personal qualities •Excellent at stakeholder management and a good networker •Pragmatic and flexible in mind •Excellent communication skills, both verbally and visually •Good analytical skills •Team player who takes ownership We can offer you •Competitive salary, pension and insurance schemes •Challenging tasks that contributes to both professional and personal growth and development •The opportunity to be part of a company recognised by growth, innovation and development •A thriving environment characterised by team play and informality •A variety of activities within sports, culture, and within the social arena Region: Region Hovedstaden Job type: Permanent Working hours: Full-time Working days: Day Application deadline: 21/08/2016 Expected Start Date: As soon as possible Location: Copenhagen - Ballerup Contacts: Peter Stæhr Mobile: +45 29487648 Home page: http://www.nets.eu
