If so, you have the opportunity to play a key role in Diabetes Analytical Development in Måløv, Copenhagen. About the department Diabetes Analytical Development is part of Injectable Protein Formulation in the R&D area CMC Supply. The department is organised into three teams with a total of 32 highly skilled project managers, specialists, scientists and technicians. Acting as the link between the research unit and the production the department is responsible for developing analytical methods for new diabetes products – all the way from early development to phase 3 clinical trials and registration. The job Central tasks will be analytical development and qualification of HPLC and UPLC methods for phase 1 and 2 for testing of proteins/peptides in form of API and as injectable dosage forms (DP). Other key tasks include providing analytical support to formulation of Drug Product and process development (API and DP). The different tasks involve collaboration with the NN research unit, from whom we take over the initial methods, planning, troubleshooting and evaluating the analytical work in collaboration with laboratory technicians. You contribute actively to ensure documentation of analytical work to the right quality level and maintain the quality system in the team. Qualifications You hold an MSc or PhD in Pharmacy or Engineering or a related field and have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience within analytical development and trouble shooting in the pharmaceutical industry. You have previously worked according to GMP in a QC environment and you are familiar with the principles of LEAN. On a personal level, you enjoy working with people from different professional backgrounds and in a team setup.
