Job ID: 150567 Location: Brande Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: full time For our Supply Chain Management (SCM) Nacelles in the Quality Management department in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer who will be reporting directly to the Head of SCM Nacelles Quality Management. What are my responsibilities? · Ensuring continuous focus on the implementation of Nacelles’ quality vision, mission and strategy. · Supporting the implementation of procedures and processes while improving the effectiveness of programs and increasing the collaboration and synergy between the global functions and the factory’s quality management functions. · Supporting the business by selecting, coordinating and controlling activities. · Assisting the management in developing quality strategies to reduce risks and costs. · Supporting the introduction of new products and transfer of technology projects and handling quality-related cross-organizational tasks between the Engineering organization and SCM Nacelles. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a university degree in engineering, e.g. mechanical or electrical, combined with minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position in an international company. · Preferably, you have knowledge of large product machining technologies and generator manufacturing technologies. · Preferably, you have knowledge of project management as well as experience with cross- organizational tasks. · You are self-driven, assertive and quality-oriented and have a structured approach to your tasks. · You are a dedicated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and you are capable of interfacing with numerous parties at all levels in a multicultural environment. · You posses excellent English skills, both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
