You will as a member of Nordea's Project Academy team be responsible for developing and providing different kind of project work related trainings and support services, focus being in development methodologies and processes. Furthermore, you are to increase maturity by training and developing people. You will drive and have focus on development, improvement and support on the method areas; Programme, Project, Improvement and Maintenance management and system development methodologies with focus on improving quality and efficiency of IT deliveries to improve project quality and efficiency. You are to increase the project work related skills and competences across the Nordic countries. You are familiar with different ways and channels for providing education. You have some experience also from different e-learning tools. You assure, by support and guidance, that projects work according to the methods, based on an understanding of the specific situation of the project to support efficiency. You develop methods for project work, related to project management and system development to improve quality and efficiency in development projects. You develop, implement and maintain training modules in relevant methods to improve change initiative management and system development work. You run and facilitate complicated workshops in relation to methods use and implementation to support projects. You support and guide projects with expertise on how to work according to the methods and focusing on improving project efficiency and quality to support efficiency and quality in projects. The position we offer You will be cooperating closely with your team members inside Project Academy as well as stakeholders in the other parts of the Nordea organisation throughout the Nordic countries to gain insights, understand challenges, implement changes, coach employees, and similar. The nature of the position will take you travelling to some extent, and depending on where you live, you can be based in any Nordic Capital. You are an inspiring instructor with practical experience from traditional and agile ways of working. The qualifications you need It is imperative that you are ambitious, high performing and able to stand in front of an audience with strong creditability. You possess strong communication skills and can sell ideas and concepts to get people on board. With your analytical and structured approach, you like to stay on top of trends in the industry. You have a good understanding of industry best practices and the ability to apply them in an efficient and productive way. Project Academy is a part of IT Strategy, Architecture and Methodology. The unit is responsible for delivering all learning services to the project community - training, coaching, facilitation, supervision, and support. A key priority for the unit will be to leverage learning research on how to effectively use different learning methods and tools in combination.
