Job Description

Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Controls (RAC), R&D and Engineering is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Nordborg. Your role is to lead cross functional teams of 5-10 persons developing new products from business proposal to introduction in the market with focus on business impact and fast completion. You can expect approximately 20 days of travel per year. The preferred candidate has solid experience with project management, practical experience with product development (Mechatronics/Mechanics) and strong leadership and networking skills. As a person you are energized, persistent and goal oriented, but also open-minded and a good team player who can interact with others, across borders and cultures.

Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree combined with a technical background, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Have worked in industrial environment for 5 years or more in project management, including being able to create clear and attainable project objectives based on business case
• Practical experience with product development (Mechatronics/Mechanics)
• Be able to facilitate team work and cross functional mindset with use of agile / scrum approaches (experience with Agile approaches is highly preferred)
• Confident to communicate with customers, management and stakeholders about progress, deviations and deliveries (Milestone meetings and weekly updates)
• Fluent and comprehensive in English, CET6
