In this role, you will exercise great influence on stakeholders and set the strategic direction for our common platform in Grundfos. The project is called ONE SYSTEM and is set to replace our 3 existing quality systems. Located in Bjerringbro, Midtjylland, you will become part of the Group Quality team, consisting of 13 Danish and 6 global colleagues who share the responsibility for our quality assurance systems and driving projects in our Quality Excellence department.

"As a senior project manager, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across all departments in Grundfos - especially representatives from Operations, Sales, Business Development and IT - when identifying the most optimal choice of software for ONE SYSTEM," explains Jeppe Drachmann Christensen, Quality Director.

Manage stakeholders and lead the implementation
You will manage the ONE SYSTEM project, which is now in its early phase. With you at the lead, we will be formulating a plan in 2019 and working towards an implementation at the beginning of 2020. As senior project manager, you will lead the change implementation and manage the stakeholders necessary to carry out the change. More specifically, you will:

• Align expectations and ambitions for the new IT system and create demand specifications
• Manage stakeholders and provide a full and transparent overview of their requirements
• Establish a governance structure for the implementation of ONE SYSTEM and secure alignment with stakeholders, balancing risks, resources, stakeholder requirements and priorities
• Execute the implementation plan from 2020 onwards
• Secure communication to and with stakeholders on all levels throughout all project stages

Experience with projects and process management
To succeed in this position, it is essential that you:

• Have some years of experience as a project manager or as the head of a department and a great desire to lead a large, strategic project
• Have experience with processes and business process management
• Speak and write English fluently

Furthermore, it is desirable that you:

• Have experience working in a global environment
• Aspire to be a leader - if you are not one already

You communicate empathetically and strategically with stakeholders and can convey your ideas and arguments to others as this is a substantial part of the job. Moreover, you effortlessly translate the stakeholders' challenges into managerial recommendations. And as a natural project manager, you meet your deadlines and take a structured approach to just about everything.
