As a Platform Manager – Multibrand, you will play a key role in the improvement of more than 10 GW of Multibrand service contracts with an ambition to grow the Multibrand service even more in the coming years.

Department Description
With direct reference to the Vestas strategy, BU Service is to "Accelerate the Multibrand service Business". The main responsibility for the Platform Management function is to drive efficiency and cost-out on our different platforms -All platforms either Vestas or Multibrand technology. 
The improvement activities will be highly dependent on a strong collaboration with key decision makers from the Service Organization in each Sales Business Unit (SBU), Vestas Power Solution, Global Procurement, Supply Chain & Repair, Service Business Development & Analytics, Regional Support, PMO & Global Processes and Service Solution Engineering. The team will “hunt” and prioritize all “good ideas” and will be responsible for the project management of the business case in the early maturing stages of the improvement candidates.

Responsibilities 

• Gather and understand data, to identify where cost is spent in the full Multibrand value chain.
• Build and mature business cases, predominantly in engineering and supply chain areas.
• Develop and maintain strong global stakeholder network to collect and understand the commercial context and need for improvements in Multibrand area.
• Participate in implementation of the new solutions, in-order to make sure we capture-the-value as planned
• You will be responsible of defining efficiency improvement and cost-out initiatives in cooperation with stakeholders primarily in Procurement, Engineering and in our global SBU service regions.

 

 

Qualifications

• You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. - either in Supply Chain Management, Finance, International business; Engineering degree or other relevant educational background; 
• +5 years’ experience with international stakeholders. 
• Experience working with data to drive performance improvements, managing expectations in complex projects across full value chain and international cultures

Additional Information
This position is with a global responsibility and can be located in either Aarhus Denmark, Portland OR USA, Madrid Spain or Hamburg Germany. Approx. 30-40 days of travelling must be expected.
