Are you ready for this unique opportunity to join a newly established team of Senior Programme Specialists in our Product Management organisation? Tasks & responsibilities: You will… 
…be the owner of and responsible for MHI Vestas’ structure and mechanical sub-systems roadmap which comprise tower, hub, nacelle (all structure), yaw system, cooling, etc. Together with key internal stakeholders and our mother companies, you will lead, drive and align the development of MHI Vestas’ structure and mechanical sub-systems roadmap.    

You will also be responsible for:  

• The technical aspects of customer-facing activities and representing MHI Vestas at conferences and fairs within your expert area 
• The technical content in meetings with suppliers and customers regarding your expert area and related technology topics 
• Setting the overall strategic direction for the Category teams in which you will cooperate with other technical specialist (the Category teams are led by Sourcing) 
• Integrating the sub-systems roadmap into our Product Roadmap 

Skills & experience: Our new colleague… 
…has extensive experience and knowledge of structure and mechanical systems and how they impact other wind turbine systems. To succeed in this role, you must have an entrepreneurial and extrovert mindset combined with solid experience managing many stakeholders and interfaces in a cross-functional environment. 
We expect that you have strong commercial acumen as well as +5 years of experience from a senior leadership role within the wind industry, preferably offshore wind.    

Furthermore, we expect that you:  

• Have good understanding of loads and controls and how they impact structures, mechanical systems and neighbouring systems 
• Have solid value chain understanding  
• Can contribute with your advanced communication, presentation and organization skills
