Core Responsibilities
You will be part of our Development Master Data team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that we constantly expand the value we bring to the company.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Develop, maintain and execute reports from SAP PLM/Galaxy/Business Intelligence to support efficiency and decision making in Product Development
• Create and maintain development Master Data and execute complex BoM changes in SAP PLM
• Coordinate master data deliverables with stakeholders across the global LEGO Supply chain
• Improve ways of working for yourself and others through great Excel and SAP skills paired with great curiosity
• Engage in collaboration with colleagues in your team to build skills, energy and ensure that full team succeeds with deliverables

Our team is working with changes in Development Master Data initiated by changes in materials and other aspects of the LEGO elements and models. We work closely with Novelty projects, Element Design and Supply Chain as well as project teams related to sustainability and innovations of LEGO materials.
By utilising our deep master data expertise, we serve as enablers of both heavy material change agendas and day-to-day operational element changes. Our journey forward will be focusing even more on bringing Master Data into play to add value in new arenas, as well as utilizing reports, automation and other technologies for improving our ways of working – you will be on the forefront of this journey.
Do you have what it takes?
• Have experience with SAP reporting and understanding of complex product data
• Have experience with handling of global development Master Data and SAP
• Demonstrate a proven track record from a large manufacturing organisation or you are a recently graduated talent, who have gained hands-on master data experience as an intern or student worker
• Be a self-driven person motivated by delivering quality output even when the task is complex
• Be motivated by collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the right plans and agreements are in place to succeed together
• Have great problem solving and lean process improvement skills
• Be fluent in English both written and verbally
Moreover, you have proven history of being a change agent that can make things happen in collaboration with others. And you thrive in a small team setting where you work and spar with colleagues for shared success. Experience with RPA/Automation is a plus (Robotic Process Automation).
