This is a unique career opportunity to join the team responsible for our global communications strategy across the LEGO Group.

Help us bring the LEGO® stories to life

At LEGO Agency, you will be part of the Global Communications Strategy team consisting of 7 strategists based in Denmark. From supporting the production of global campaigns and commercials across media channels to influencing packaging designs, you will help create the building blocks that make up LEGO communications. Collaborating closely with the communications strategists, you will:

• Collect and analyse relevant insights on market and consumer trends, either from the Global Insights team or by conducting the research yourself

• Develop global communications strategies based on your team´s findings

• Write inspirational briefs to the creative teams that make the strategic initiatives come to life

• Participate in and support workshops and team presentations across LEGO Agency

• Contribute to the team’s thought leadership agenda within the Agency

Nobody needs to tell you what to do next - because your desire to learn has already brought you one step ahead. Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Hold a degree in a relevant field of study combined with 1+ years of experience working with communications strategy across channels from an advertising, media or PR perspective

• Have an interest in and understanding of FMCG brands

• Preferably have experience of working in or with a complex multinational, multicultural organisation

• Have excellent communications skills in English as well as the ability to tell inspiring, clear and compelling stories
