We are looking for a talented Senior IT Developer. This is an opportunity for you to Work on Open Banking Initiative. Open Banking Initiaitive (OBI) is doing:  

  • API Design  
  •  Documentation  
  •  Developing as well as the delivery of the Nordea Open Banking API Services targeted to be consumed by Third Party Providers  

Basically we are building the Nordea Open Banking capabilities in three levels:

  • Level A: The API Platform Infrastructure based for exposing Restful API Microservices thru IBM API Connect / - Cloud  
  • Level B: Building the PSD2 RTS Compliant APIs for exposing Account Information, Payment Initiation and Consent Management  
  • Level C: Building Premium APIs by exposing value added Nordea Banking Services as API, documenting APIs in Nordea OpenBanking Developer Portal for consumption by external developers, continually improving the APIs based on the feedback of external developers

The offer

You’ll join Open Banking where we Software Development Unit - a team of developers spread across multiple locations working on various assignments within Banking Technology. What you'll be doing:  

  • Designing Restful APIs in Nordea Open Banking Context  
  • Designing, developing and debugging microservices implementing the Open Banking API Services  

The role is based in Taastrup (Copenhagen). Welcome to a team collaborating with the OBI Bravos Scrum Team located in Copenhagen, Høje Tåstrup.

Your profile and background:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • You are a talented developer with minimum 8 years of experience
  • A Computer Science or equivalent degree would be an asset
  • English is our work language and the language used on our platform, so you must be fluent in English - spoken as well as written
  • Knowledge of Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, RxJava, Hystrix Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Maven (IBM API Connect experience is a definite plus, but not mandatory)
  • Competency in Microservices; REST Services; Spring; Java EE; Java SE; Webservices
