Enable creativity and product Development As a senior finance manager, you join 6 colleagues in a newly established Product Group Finance team. Here, you support our Product and Marketing Development (PMD) organisation. You act as a business partner to Product Group category leadership teams, who are overall responsible for product portfolios as well as specific product lines, e.g. LEGO® Star Wars. And more specifically, you: - Focus on lifting the finance involvement, including top-line growth outlook as well as investment levels, and securing a balanced novelty portfolio through a financial lens - Act as the visible 'go-to' finance contact for your business partners, establishing a close, collaborative relationship with leadership teams and leaders across the product groups - Drive monthly financial reporting, year and monthly estimates and financial planning as well as novelty cost reporting and analyses including product profitability analyses - Create financial transparency in relation to our global development process - Support cost centre owners and do CPP analyses and deployment Play is our favourite way of learning In Billund, Denmark, you join a family-owned company that has made it its purpose to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow. Financial expertise, communication and collaboration skills Your ability to get close to your partners in the product groups and act as an approachable collaborator means everything in this position. You are here to help add value and challenge a very diverse range of 'non finance' colleagues. They do not have your expertise, but they need you to provide the needed transparency and support into their financials. To do so, you need well-developed communication skills, and you: - Hold 6+ years of experience within the financial area of a global company - a combination of strategic, commercial and financial experience would be ideal - Have some finance business partner experience and strong analytical skills - Have a demonstrated ability to build and deliver results in a strategic area, and you have managed to deliver on operational, tactical and strategic deliverables, maybe related to R&D or marketing - Communicate effortlessly in English Bringing it to life "Jump on this unique opportunity to join a strong finance team to influence the future of play," says Lars Dahl Bruun, Director, Product Group Finance.
