Logistics, cooperation and business development ?Concurrently with continuous growth and optimisation, your primary focus is to support the increasing transformation of our organisation into a lean and well organised business unit. As Plant Availability Manager your overall mission will be to make sales forecasts aligning production and material requirements, ensure a balanced production cycle and an optimal operational flow leading to optimum utilisation of resources. With your structured and proactive work approach, you will be the key player who: •Devises annual, monthly and weekly planning of production capacity and material requirements •Makes proposals for improvements and their implementation to achieve optimal operation and continuous process improvements •Develops employees and team competences An entrepreneurial spirit and team player with a flair for logistics You hold a relevant degree, e.g. within logistics, supply chain or engineering. You have working experience from a function within logistics backed by solid management experience. You are experienced within MPS, SFC and demand planning and are a super user in SAP MM and PP. Continuous improvements such as Lean and TPM are part of your every day work as is working with ISO 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO9001. On a more personal note you are enterprising, driven and persistent. You have the ability to keep a sense of perspective and an adequate ability to sit tight and keep calm in a hectic workday with many deadlines. Therefore your success depends on your will to interface with many different people and your ability to lead the way with your commitment and your high spirits, inspiring and motivating others. You know how to navigate in cross-cultural organisations and you are proficient in English and Danish.
