SAP Business Analyst (WM/ATTP) to join Global Serialisation Programme

Do you want to be part of Novo Nordisk’s Serialisation journey, taking on the opportunity of improving patient safety by applying serialisation to our packaging material and ensuring traceability in our global supply chain?

We are looking for a motivated SAP candidate with experience within SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and/or Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP). The right candidate must be able to understand complex business processes end-to-end across systems to secure integration between systems and business areas.

About the department
You will be part of the Manufacturing Execution Solutions department which is one of three departments in Denmark responsible for the SAP IT systems used in the logistic processes across Novo Nordisk. In total, the SAP community at Novo Nordisk counts more than 100 employees in both Denmark and India all providing SAP services to the global organisation across the value chain.

The position
You will be working within the Global Serialisation Programme (GSP). GSP is ensuring that Novo Nordisk’s products fulfil the serialisation requirements from different countries; a key responsibility for us to maintain our license to operate. Novo Nordisk was among the very first companies going live with SAP’s new ATTP solution in the beginning of 2017 and the programme is currently analysing and implementing the solutions needed to meet the requirements of the EU and Russian market. The programme has an ambitious implementation plan and the coming years will see the roll-out of the serialisation solution to production lines, warehouses and affiliates globally.

On GSP, you will be taking part in specifying, designing, building and testing the SAP WM/ATTP solution for new countries with serialisation requirements. You will also be involved in activities such as training and go-live support. You will be working closely together with other SAP functional colleagues, developers and business key stakeholders.

A high level of quality is expected from your deliverables as the project must adhere to GxP requirements. Additionally, some travel activities shall be expected.

Qualifications
You have at least a couple of years’ experience with the SAP Logistics modules, preferably WM and/or ATTP. Your experience covers both technical elements related to configuration as well as a good understanding of the involved business processes. You possess strong analytical skills, seek best practice solutions and are always willing to involve other people when handling risks and dilemmas. You have experience writing functional specifications and other related documentation, including drafting and executing on test cases. As our company language is English, you are required to be fluent in both written and spoken English. As a person you are a team player, have a good sense of humour and enjoy a busy, professional and informal atmosphere. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
