Help us adapt to a growing demand
We are experiencing significant growth in our supply of electro-mechanical systems to wind turbines all over the globe. Now our 3 key account managers need you to be the backbone of our sales support and deal with the commercial and operational tasks and processes that surround our sales efforts.
The position is brand-new, and you will be able to shape it as you go. You can bring your experience into play as you help us prioritise and organise both long term processes and current customer cases. More specifically, you will:
• Assist our key account managers throughout the sales process
• Play a key part in calculating the cost for tenders, new customers and new products
• Develop and improve best practice sales processes for new and existing products
• Draft sales quotations and update trade agreements and our CRM system
• Act as first point of contact for other departments in KK regarding order handling, deliveries, credit insurance, handling of debtors, delivery and payment conditions and NCRs
Solid operational experience in sales
You have experience from a sales support position in a production environment. Thus, your understanding of B2B sales processes enables you to spot potential problems and find proper solutions before they turn ugly. Furthermore, you:
• Hold a degree with a business/commercial focus
• Have experience with ERP systems (Dynamics AX) and MS Office
• Have great collaboration skills and a detail-oriented approach to your work
• Speak and write English fluently
