Rotation professional across regulatory operations

To support Regulatory Operations’ processes, we are seeking two Regulatory Professionals to join us. The positions include 2-3 rotations across the areas of Regulatory Operations (RegOps). 

 

About RegOps

Regulatory Operations is an area consisting of around 100 employees located in Denmark and India. The unit is responsible for regulatory operational activities from labelling design development and management, publishing and submission activities incl. coordination of clinical trial applications, overview of regulatory activities in global markets and IT projects. We support all projects and products in Regulatory Affairs throughout the product lifecycle and collaborate globally with our affiliates.

 

The position

Your main responsibility as a Rotation Professional is to learn about and contribute to the different areas in Regulatory Operations. You will work with the core processes of the different areas in Regulatory Operations and build knowledge and capabilities across the various processes and understand how they link together.

 

After one year, you will rotate to another department in RegOps where you will spend another full year learning a different discipline. You will get new and exciting responsibilities, which will broaden your expertise and give you a solid end to end business and process understanding. This next position will be identified during your first year in RegOps.

 

The rotations will be shaped to suit your development needs, while meeting our business requirements. Furthermore, the rotations will ensure that you build the competences needed to become one of our key talents in Regulatory Operations.

 

Qualifications

You hold a Master’s Degree in e.g. business/science/pharmacy/medicine combined with a strong business and process orientation. Preferably, you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry and perhaps even within regulatory affairs.

 

We expect that you are able to drive activities and tasks independently and systematically and that you enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You are open minded and highly change ready as well as good at adapting to new environments and adopting new work processes. You are able to stay on target, work with tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments at the same time without losing track. You have very strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities and address your responsibilities with decisiveness and a positive mind set.

 

You have advanced communication skills as well as experience with presenting in large fora as stakeholder management and communication are essential for succeeding in the job. Furthermore, we expect that you possess strong cross-cultural skills and are used to working with international business partners. Finally, full professional proficiency in oral and written English is a must.
