As Technical IT Project Manager you will support our global Manufacturing Execution System (PAS-X). We are looking for a talented and skilful commercial profile with strong project manager experience. About the department Anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply IT in Bagsværd, you will be part of an environment of in-depth knowledge of the processes, data and business drivers. The job Your overriding objective will be to provide support to our global MES (PAS-X). You will be spearheading the project management of our MES patch upgrades and system corrections on the agreed time schedule, cost and quality. In close dialogue with our Quality department and production sites over most of the world you will supervise our patch upgrades and system corrections. As such, you solve complex issues in PAS-X. Overtime you will become a PAS-X expert and have a key role in problem management, finding and solving complex issues in the system together with the vendor of PAS-X. In corporation with the PAS-X System Manager you will also maintain and drive the PAS-X change advisory board (CAB) and contribute to optimising Novo Nordisk’s production facilities with usage of IT. To make sure the system is utilised in the best possible way, you will contribute to the elaboration of training material and train colleagues to become super users. The international aspect of this position will take you travelling for some weeks to countries like Brazil, China, USA, Japan and France. Qualifications You hold a commercial or financial degree at Master’s level, or you have acquired another background and experience that qualifies you for this position. You have already exerted your project management skills for a couple of years, and if this has taken place within IT & Automation from a GxP production, it will give you a head start. You are characterised as a competent, proactive and creative profile, and you use your empathy and excellent general and IT apprehension to change complex technical challenges and demands into workable solutions. Hence, you need good communication skills that enable you to discuss complicated IT matters with non IT colleagues – in written and spoken English.
