Are you motivated by providing support and solving a wide variety of administrative tasks in a fast-moving project environment? Join us and become Project Assistant in EPC & Construction Management. Our project portfolio comprises several major offshore wind projects in the United Kingdom, Germany and Denmark. You will be employed in Project & Site Support and allocated to one of our wind farm projects. We expect you to be comfortable navigating in a matrix organisation and to participate actively in knowledge sharing and interact with your colleagues, also in the line organisation. The department is part of Wind Power which has 1800 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Your key duties will be to •support the project team by solving a wide variety of tasks within the fields of administration, document handling and internal and external communication •play an important part in tender and contract processes •be involved in preparing progress and monthly reporting, management meetings and supplier progress meetings, including drafting and proofreading agendas and reports, participating in meetings and taking minutes •create and maintain organisational charts, contact lists etc. as well as the project’s intranet (SharePoint-based workspace) •be the key planner and organiser of events, including meetings, seminars, workshops and social events related to the project, and to make travel arrangements for the project team in connection with such events. After a thorough introduction, you will be an expert user of our in-house systems and be responsible for ensuring compliance with our standards, policies and procedures in order to secure a high level of quality while meeting all your deadlines. You will be solving tasks both independently and in cooperation with your project team and colleagues in Denmark and abroad. Your qualifications and core competences include that you •have a relevant educational background combined with a proven track record within support and administration, preferably from working in project teams •are an expert user of the Microsoft Office programs •have a systematic approach to your work and are a strong organiser, as many tasks will involve a large number of both internal and external partners •are motivated by offering support to your colleagues and have a service-minded, proactive, positive and professional approach to your work •are flexible and enjoy solving varying ad hoc tasks according to project needs. As you will be working independently with your tasks, you must be able to prioritise and communicate with your colleagues. You will play an important role in the project administration team, which is why it is essential that you have a committed and inclusive approach to your colleagues across the organisation. We use SAP as our ERP system and Captia from Scan-Jour as our document handling system. If you are not already an experienced user of these systems, we will ensure substantial training.
