As part of a program management team, you will be a vital link between R&D and senior management in a fast-moving environment where nothing is ever bound by routine and challenging status quo is the norm. 

Spearhead technology that makes life sound better
As a program manager, you will drive innovation by planning and executing highly complex, cross-disciplinary and multi-site product development projects and programs. As such, you will proactively work with Technical Development, senior management, Marketing and more, to secure alignment of purpose, processes and individual contributions across functions. To accomplish this, you will:

• Secure requirements by employing effective change control relative to baselines
• Lead a program management team, including project managers, to ensure program execution
• Monitor program progress, risks levels and doing effective mitigation when needed
• Maximize program value through understanding and recognizing business drivers and value implications in balancing risk, cost, scope and timeline
• Communicate program status and risks to senior management as well as advise and influence decision-making by presenting options and recommending actions

Take part in a legion of project and program managers
You will join an international team of 14 fellow project and program managers, each working on different technologies within our portfolio. We are all dedicated to leading major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions and to transform lives through the power of sound. 

Although you will have your own programs to manage, you will find that we all collaborate with each other to maximize flexibility and efficiency and to engage and inspire the rest of the organization. 

Great stakeholder management skills and solid experience
With your communication and leadership skills, you are able to serve as a role model and mentor, inspiring colleagues to attain goals and pursue excellence. 

As a proactive and self-driven individual with a passion for quality and the use of best practices and methodologies, you are able to guarantee strong stakeholder management and professional integrity – allowing senior management to have confidence in your responsibilities. 

You also:
• Have 5+ years of experience in project or program management of complex systems with a high level of software complexity and a proven track record, preferably from the medical device industry
• Have sufficient insight into commercial aspects to allow for proper consideration of business value in the decision-making process, gained either through an education or professional experience
• Speak and write English fluently
• Preferably, have a PMI certification within project management, a SAFE certification and experience with agile work methods
