We are a world leading provider of components for burner solutions e.g nozzles, pumps, preheaters and electronic ignition units. Supply Chain, Production, and Quality As Production Manager you report to the VP Residential Heating Supply Chain acting as operation manager of the burner components factory. This means that you are in charge of the daily operation of the business with responsibility for output, quality, availability, and development of employees. More specifically you will manage 100 employees in a strong team making Burner Components (BC). Your main task will be managing the BC Supply Chain, production, PT, quality, and planning. Furthermore you are responsible for stakeholder management of suppliers and internal stakeholders such as product portfolio management and sales. You will work in a company where the culture is fast paced and where changes are common, and it is your responsibility to juggle the task ahead while keeping a constant focus on how to optimally make full use of all resources. Other areas of responsibility are: •Drive continuous improvements in an end game business environment. •Plan and ensure execution of improvement activities on quality, logistics and costs •Act as chairman of the work committee in BC Talented and confident manager with excellent interpersonal skills As a minimum you have a bachelor’s degree within engineering (e.g. within production or mechanical engineering) and you have a solid business experience enabling you to communicate, discuss, and prioritise technical activities and their impact. International experience is a plus. It is crucial that you are in possession of leadership skills and that you have the necessary drive to inspire and lead both white and blue-collar employees. Furthermore, you are familiar with Lean processes and their implementation in a production environment. On a more personal note you are ambitious, detail oriented and you have the ability to develop the organization. You have confidence in your own skills and you are robust. Last but not least, you are fluent in both oral and written Danish and English.
