Then you might be the Production Director we are looking for at Danfoss Heating, Supply Chain Operations. We are a world-leading provider of brass components for production of valves for radiator thermostats. You will refer to the Vice President of Operations, and the position is based in Viby J. Supply Chain, Production and Quality As Production Director, you will report to the VP Residential Heating Supply Chain, and you will be part of the management team. This means that you are in charge of the daily operation of the business with responsibility for output, quality, availability, and development of employees. More specifically, you will manage approx. 100 employees. Your main task will be managing the Supply Chain, production, PT, quality, and planning as well as driving an ambitious growth strategy. Furthermore, you will be responsible for stakeholder management of suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will work in a company where the culture is fast-paced, and where changes are common, and it is your responsibility to juggle the tasks ahead while keeping a constant focus on how to make optimal use of all resources. Furthermore, you will be part of the works committee for factories within AC, representing the management of the factory in Viby J. Talented and confident manager with excellent interpersonal skills As a minimum, you have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g. production or mechanical engineering) and experience from a similar position. You have a solid business understanding enabling you to communicate, discuss, and prioritise technical activities and their impact. International experience is a plus. It is crucial that you are an experienced and confident leader and that you possess the necessary drive to inspire and lead both salaried and hourly paid employees. You have an ambitious and outgoing personality, and you have the ability to improve production processes and develop the organisation to meet current and future demands through high-performing teams. You are action-oriented and ready to lead the way and take the necessary decisions. Last but not least, you are fluent in both oral and written Danish and English.
