For our Product Lifecycle Management department, we are looking for a Product Specialist to manage the workload related to product strategy and commercialization. In this position, you will get a great opportunity of growing within a cross-functional environment, contributing and influencing the G4 product strategy, and learning both technical and commercial aspects of the business. What are my responsibilities? • To consolidate and analyze project business cases and determine critical aspects for product strategy • Generate clear and credible value stories for the products • Deliver a structured link between the customer and the product strategy, including commercialization material and communication plan for all products • Train colleagues and other functions regarding G4 products • Face customers and prepare presentations for the G4 WTG and its features • Participate in customer meetings and events as needed for presenting the G4 Platform and introducing new technologies What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a relevant technical background at minimum bachelor level, e.g. Engineering degree, or similar experience combined with 2-3 years’ work experience • You have a good business sense • You are eager to work with analytical tasks in a technical environment • You must be capable of interacting with a wide range of different functions as well as with customers and external parties • As a person, you must be able to drive a “think outside the box” culture and make sure that all functions provide input that will maximize value for customers and for Siemens • Finally, you are a strong communicator and possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing, and excellent intercultural competences In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
